Best Western Hotels and Resorts Makes Dreams Come True for Lucky Guests in Bali
Ubud, Bali (Indonesia) – January 16, 2020 (travelindex) – Best Western Hotels and Resorts has treated 10 lucky guests to their dream vacation in Bali, following a highly successful online contest!
The 2019 ‘Dreams Come True’ competition took place in November and invited the company’s loyal guests and social media followers to share what they want to do most to make their dreams come true in Bali, Indonesia’s “Island of the Gods”. The five best entries won a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Ubud, Bali’s cultural heart.
This prize vacation took place in December, as Best Western Hotels & Resorts flew the winners to Bali for a fantastic three-day, two-night stay at Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud, including return flights, daily meals and many enticing additional extras.
The holiday started in style with lunch at Kuta Beach and followed by a stunning beachfront seafood dinner at Jimbaran Bay, overlooking the Indian Ocean. On the second day, the winners were treated to a sightseeing excursion to the famous Terrace River Pool Swing and a tasting experience at Luwak Coffee, which famously uses civet cats to process the coffee beans. Following a memorable view of Tegalalang rice terrace and lunch in Kintamani, with magnificent views of Mount Batur, the afternoon featured a trip to the holy springs of Tirta Empul and enjoyed some refreshing drinks at a swim up bar in Monkey Forest, before returning to the resort for dinner.
Then, on the third and final day, the guests were able to enjoy a relaxing morning at the resort, taking a dip in the outdoor pool, before lunch at Bebek Tepi Sawah Restaurant which specializes in Bali’s famous crispy duck. Guests were then able to visit Ubud Market to shop for souvenirs, including the authentic Balinese handicrafts for which this cultural and artistic area is famous.
Contestants of 2019 Dreams Come True came from all across Southeast Asia, which shows how much of a buzz the contest generated throughout the region, and all were Best Western Rewards members.
